Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and what rights you have.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is CURENA Limited, Aristonikou 13, CY-3012 Limassol, Cyprus. E-mail: office@curena.info.
2. Data when visiting the website
When you visit our website, the hosting server automatically records technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) that your browser transmits. This data is used solely to provide and secure the website and is not merged with other data.
3. Contact and enquiries
If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, contact data, subject and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. Our forms are protected against spam by a security question. Each submission is delivered to us by e-mail; for technical security we also record the time and IP address of the submission. The legal basis is the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your request.
4. Applications
If you apply to us, we process the details you provide — such as your name, contact data, desired position, language skills, information on your citizenship and work authorisation, your qualification and your message, as well as any CV you attach — solely to assess and handle your application. An uploaded CV is transmitted to us by e-mail only and is not stored on this website’s server. If your application is not successful, we delete your data no later than 6 months after the procedure ends, unless you have agreed to longer storage.
5. Hosting and e-mail
This website is hosted by a service provider who processes the above data on our behalf. Form submissions are delivered to us by e-mail through a mail service provider. We have concluded the necessary data-processing agreements where required.
6. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies: one to remember your chosen language and a temporary session cookie that enables the security question in our forms. We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies and do not analyse your browsing behaviour.
7. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact office@curena.info.
8. Updates
We may adapt this privacy policy to reflect changes in our services or the legal situation. The current version always applies.
